Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Designer to join our dynamic team in Stevenage. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for understanding the Clients’ needs and proactively identify solutions to their challenges and ensure consistent delivery of service excellence in meeting their needs and expectations.To make sure the Client is aware of their duties under CDM 2015Review existing H&S information and provide advice if additional surveys are requiredStakeholder engagementOversee the creation of the Design Risk RegisterAssisting the client in identifying suitable project preconstruction informationCompilation of the Pre-construction information packAssurance of supplier appointment, advise on the competency for the roleSupply the Principal Contractor with the H&S information to inform their construction worksTo liaise with the Principal Contractor throughout the construction phaseTo compile the Health and Safety File
