Assistant Management Accountant – Wells-Next-the Sea, Norfolk – £30000 - £35000This is a newly created role due to growth in the business.You will support the Finance Manager with a wide range of accounting processes, ensuring accurate reporting, reconciliations, and owner statements. This role is key to maintaining smooth financial operations.You’ll prepare monthly statements, payment files, and monthly client bank reconciliations, ensure accuracy of data, and provide cover for amendments. You’ll also support the preparation of monthly management accounts and provide cover for the wider finance team as needed.What You Need:Ideally, you will be AAT qualified or studying towards an accountancy qualification.Strong attention to detail with a collaborative, team-focused approachAdvanced Excel skills (essential)Previous accounting experience desirable, ideally within a fast-paced environmentThis role offers the opportunity to build your finance career within a supportive team in a growing business.
