Tradewind Recruitment are working with a special school in Birmingham is seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants (TAs) to join our supportive and dynamic team. The schools provide inclusive education and care for secondary-aged pupils with Autism and a range of complex needs, including Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs (SEMH), Non-verbal communication needs, and Challenging behaviours.
