The CTRM Architect will lead the design and implementation solutions within the energy trading and risk management (ETRM) domain. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the trading/commodities domain, coupled with a strong technical background and the ability to align business requirements with IT strategies.Key Responsibilities: Lead the architectural design and integration of CTRM solutions in wider eco-systems Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient architectural solutions. Ensure the proposed solutions align with the overall business objectives and IT strategy. Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams. Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during implementation and post-deployment phases. Present architectural plans and progress updates to senior management and key stakeholders. Foster strong relationships with business units, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Requirements Previous experience in an architecture role. Experience with CTRM integrations Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects Proficiency in both hands-on work as well as architectural principles . Experience with cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
