Job Title: Functional Lead – DarwinBox HCM Location: Hybrid – London-based with occasional international travel Start Date: Immediate Contract Length: 12 Months We’re looking for a DarwinBox Functional Lead to join a high-impact transformation programme supporting a global rollout of HCM and ERP systems. You’ll play a key role in optimising the use of DarwinBox across multiple European regions, working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams.Key Responsibilities: Lead the functional workstream for Darwin Box across Europe (UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Turkey, Poland, Hungary, Germany). Own and drive the optimisation, adoption, and benefit realisation of Darwin Box as the core HCM platform. Work closely with integration specialists to ensure seamless data flow between DarwinBox and other systems. Bridge functional and technical teams – able to speak both business and technical language. Provide both project delivery and production support, ensuring the solution is stable, scalable, and user-friendly. Analyse business processes and define clear inputs/outputs for all Darwin-related workflows. Collaborate with local teams and support stakeholders to embed best practices. Skills & Experience: Strong experience as a Functional Lead on HCM platforms – ideally DarwinBox or Workday. Good understanding of HCM processes and system integration principles. Ability to work with integration teams – strong appreciation of technical design, data flow, and system architecture. Proven experience delivering pan-European or global HR systems rollouts. Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience in both project delivery and post-go-live support environments. German language skills would be a strong advantage. Additional Information: Travel: Mostly London-based with occasional travel across Europe .
