We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Waiter /Waitress to join our team and play a key role in creating a wonderful dining experience for our guests.Key Responsibilities:Exceptional Service: Provide attentive and personalised service to ensure a flawless dining experience to our guests.Menu Knowledge: Know our menu well, including ingredients and cooking techniques, to help guests with their choices.Presentation: Serve dishes with style, pour wine accurately, and create memorable dining moments.Teamwork: Work well with your colleagues to ensure a smooth service.Upselling: Recommend featured items, drinks, and wine pairings to enhance guests' experiences.Stay Cool: Handle high-pressure situations calmly, professionally and refer them to the line manager, if necessary.Competitive Salary: £28.000/£32000Hours per week: 45
