Following the award of a brand-new package in Redcar, they are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead the service and build a strong local team.The Role:Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the serviceDeliver safe, person-centred care that promotes independence and dignityRecruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of carersManage staffing, compliance, and operational performanceOversee scheduling and continuity of careBuild strong relationships with commissioners, families, and stakeholdersEnsure full CQC compliance and drive continuous improvementCriteria:Minimum 2 years’ management experience in health & social careLevel 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and service developmentProven ability to recruit, motivate, and manage staffFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicleLocation: Redcar Sponsorship is not available for this positionApply today with your CV for a confidential discussion.
