With a new package recently awarded in Redcar, they are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager and play a key role in building and leading a new team.The Role:Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day operations of the serviceSupervise, train, and develop staff, ensuring quality care deliveryHelp manage compliance, audits, and CQC requirementsContribute to care planning, risk assessments, and schedulingAct as a point of contact for staff, families, and external stakeholdersStep up and take responsibility in the absence of the Registered ManagerCriteria:Previous experience in a supervisory or deputy role within health & social careGood understanding of CQC standards and complianceStrong organisational and people-management skillsAbility to build and motivate a reliable team of carersFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicleLocation: Redcar Sponsorship is not available for this positionApply today with your CV to find out more.
