They are looking for a motivated Care Coordinator to help set up and manage rotas, ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality care in the community.The Role:Create, manage, and maintain staff rotas to ensure continuity of careMatch carers to service users based on skills and preferencesCommunicate effectively with staff, service users, and familiesSupport recruitment and onboarding of new carersWork closely with the management team to ensure compliance and efficiencyRespond to short-notice changes and emergencies to maintain service deliveryCriteria:Previous experience in care coordination or scheduling (desirable)Strong organisational and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changesKnowledge of the Redcar area is highly beneficialFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Location: Redcar Sponsorship is not available for this positionApply today with your CV to join a new and growing team.
