This is your chance to bring patience, empathy, and insight to pupils who need extra support with their learning and wellbeing.What you’ll be doing: Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, such as autism, ADHD, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challengesWorking 1:1 or in small groups, helping pupils engage with lessons and develop confidenceCollaborating with teachers, therapists, and SENCOs to create safe, structured learning spacesUsing your psychology knowledge to support emotional regulation and positive behaviour What we’re looking for: A recent Psychology graduate (or related field) with a genuine interest in education and child developmentSomeone calm, resilient, and enthusiastic about working in a special needs settingExperience with SEND (through study, volunteering, or work) Why join through Protocol Education?
