SEN Tutor Salary: £25 - £35 Per hourJob Duties: Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).Create individualised learning plans to address specific needs and learning goals.Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' understanding and progress.Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students. Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.Experience working with students with SEN in an educational setting.Understanding of different learning styles and strategies to support diverse needs. Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SEN.Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of SEN policies and procedures.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.Organisational skills to manage lesson planning and student progress effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Additional training in SEN education or related field.Experience using assistive technology to support student learning. Working Conditions: Part-Time hours, flexible schedule.Work in educational settings such as schools or learning centres.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
