Your Role as Sous Chef As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef, helping to select dishes and support local suppliers. Your responsibilities will include: Leading the kitchen team and ensuring all operations are carried out to the Head Chef's high standards. Working with other chefs, providing clear and consistent direction to the wider team. Effectively managing and leading the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef.
