An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced finance transformation professional to play a pivotal role in a major Finance System Replacement project, leading on system capabilities and business processes to meet organisational needs.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance System Implementation – Ensure the new Oracle Fusion Financials system meets business requirements and supports transformation objectives.Chart of Accounts Design & Implementation – Lead the development and rollout of a new Chart of Accounts, ensuring alignment with reporting and management information needs.Stakeholder Engagement – Work closely with key stakeholders at all levels to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.Project Leadership – Collaborate with workstream leads and technical teams to maintain focus, enthusiasm, and momentum.Change Management – Support, promote, and implement transformation initiatives, driving adoption of new processes and overcoming resistance to change.Collaboration & Oversight – Engage effectively with consultants and business partners while ensuring project integrity.Key RequirementsStrong experience in Oracle Fusion Financials, with a deep understanding of system capabilities, configuration, and best practices.Expertise in Chart of Accounts design and implementation within a financial systems transformation project.Proven ability to lead large-scale finance transformation initiatives in a complex organisation.Experience working closely with both technical teams and finance professionals to ensure system capabilities align with business needs.Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across different levels of an organisation.Understanding of financial reporting, management information, and compliance requirements.This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a high-impact role in a transformation programme that will shape the future of financial operations.
