Sales-driven with the ability to motivate your team to achieve targets. What you’ll do: Be a Founding Team Member: Help launch our stunning new salon and grow with a fresh, dynamic team. Lead, inspire & motivate a team of stylists, receptionists & apprentices. Deliver a 5-star client experience every day. Drive sales, hit targets & keep salon operations smooth.
