Job DescriptionWhat will you be doing?We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Research and Development Assistant Manager to join our team in London, United Kingdom. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and executing tax research projects, with a focus on R&D tax incentives and credits within the IT/ Software sector. As an Assistant Manager your responsibilities will include: Lead and coordinate tax research projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputsAnalyse complex tax issues and provide well-reasoned solutions to clients and team membersStay abreast of changes in UK tax legislation, particularly those related to R&D tax creditsManage and mentor junior team members, overseeing their work and professional developmentLiaise with HMRC and other regulatory bodies on behalf of clients when necessaryPrepare and review technical reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholdersContribute to the development of new service offerings and methodologies in R&D taxCollaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive tax solutions to clientsEnsure compliance with internal quality control procedures and professional standards
