Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities. Promote independence, confidence, and emotional regulation. Foster a safe and encouraging learning environment. Requirements: Experience working with autism is a plus. Patience, resilience, and a compassionate approach to support. Ability to work collaboratively with staff and follow guidance.
