You will manage projects from inception to delivery, ensuring design, engineering, and quality standards are met. You’ll collaborate closely with the senior leadership team and other Project Managers to meet technical, financial, and delivery goals. This hands-on role includes time on the shop floor and serving as the commercial point of contact for clients. You’ll also lead supply chain engagement and contribute to continuous improvement in project management processes.Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications: Project ManagementClient/Contract ManagementTechnical understanding of steel fabrication, heavy engineering & shipbuildingCommercial acumen including excellent contract & financial managementC&G/NVQ in Fabrication and Welding or equivalent qualification Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications Background in shipbuilding, bridges, or heavy industrial manufacturing Additional Information Due to the nature of the project work, the successful Project Manager will need to be security cleared.
