This is a full-time position with an immediate or upcoming start.The Role Working alongside class teachers to support children in KS1. Delivering targeted support in phonics and early literacy. Assisting with small group work and 1:1 interventions. Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. Strong knowledge of phonics and the ability to deliver effective support. A caring, patient, and proactive approach to working with children.
