SEN Teacher - Bournemouth Start date - January 2026We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join our welcoming SEN school in Bournemouth. The school provides a nurturing and inclusive environment for students with complex needs and disabilities, from Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to Post 16. The school is designed to cater to the diverse learning styles and abilities of the students, ensuring they receive the support and resources they need to thrive. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire and support students with a range of needs, helping them reach their full potential.Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of primary and secondary studentsCreate a supportive and inclusive learning environmentAssess student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordinglyWork collaboratively with teaching assistants, support staff, and external professionalsPromote social, emotional, and behavioural developmentContribute to the planning and review of personalised education programmes The ideal candidate will have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalentExperience teaching students with special educational needsExcellent communication and behavioural management skillsA flexible, patient, and compassionate approachThe ability to work effectively within a team What we offerAs part of our team, you benefit from:· Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system.
