They are seeking a talented and flexible Executive Assistant to support the Founders and senior leadership team in London. This is a unique opportunity to join a prestigious firm with offices across the globe, working with VIP clients, world class suppliers, and international partners.The Role:
As the Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and business support to the executive team, ensuring seamless operations across multiple international offices. Beyond traditional EA duties, this role requires strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage logistics, international procurement, and business development activity. You'll act as a trusted partner, liaising with high-profile clients, particularly in Europe, and the UAE. You will be coordinating with global suppliers and supporting the smooth running of the business.Key Responsibilities:
Provide high level executive support to the senior leadership team across multiple offices
Manage diaries, travel arrangements, and international schedules
Liaise with VIP clients and act as a key point of contact for external stakeholders
Support business development initiatives and client relationship management
Manage shipping and logistics for international projects and suppliers
Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations to a high standard
About You :
We are looking for a professional, commercially minded Executive Assistant with demonstratable experience in a similar role, ideally within design, luxury, property, or international business sectors.You will be:
Demonstratable senior level business administration with a strong commercial/business background
Acting as the central point between the London and overseas offices
Knowledgeable in procurement, accounts, and logistics
Confident working with VIP clients and senior international stakeholders
Skilled in managing shipping, suppliers, and international project requirements
Proactive, organised, and able to balance multiple priorities in a busy environment
Fluent in English, ideally with a second language (Arabic, Italian, or another major language) is highly desirable for this role
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and written skills
Discreet, professional, and adaptable, with a solution focused approach
