Are you an experienced Early Years Professional looking for the next step in your education career? Tradewind Recruitment are working with a fantastic early years setting based in South Liverpool, and are looking for a passionate Nursery Room Leader to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity to lead your own dedicated team, inspire young children, and play a key role in shaping their early education. The Role: Leading a room team to deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5 Planning, preparing, and overseeing engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework Acting as a key person and supporting with observations, assessments, and record-keeping Ensuring the nursery environment is safe, stimulating, and inclusive for all children Supporting, mentoring, and motivating staff to maintain high standards of practice Building positive relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals What we're looking for: A Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent) Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements Excellent organisational and communication skills A nurturing, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to childcare What we offer: Competitive rates of pay Access to professional development and high-quality CPD Support from a dedicated consultant Opportunities to progress your career within the early years sector If you're an ambitious early years professional with a passion for leadership, we'd love to hear from you.
