Lightweight stacks for sales, marketing, and ops What You Will Do Deliver Support Sessions on entrepreneurship across validation, launch, and early traction Provide outcome based guidance aligned to the client’s stage and goals Share practical approaches and simple tools when appropriate Partner with Navigators to reflect agreed next steps in the Support Plan What You Bring 10+ years building or advising startups or SMBs with measurable outcomes Experience taking products or services from concept to first revenue Evidence based methods, clear deliverables, and strong documentation Digital first operations.
