Role: Senior Associate - Private Client (Wills & Probate) Location: Sheffield City Centre Salary: £55,000 - £85,000 per annum + 20% bonus above target Contract: Permanent, full-timeOverview CRA Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a respected Sheffield city practice for a Private Client specialist. This appointment offers immediate Senior Associate status with a defined pathway to Partner Designate. Key responsibilities * Manage a high-quality caseload across Wills, Probate/Estate Administration, LPAs/Deputyships, Trusts and estate/IHT planning * Take ownership of client relationships and develop referrer networks across South Yorkshire * Supervise and mentor junior fee earners; contribute to technical standards and workflow improvements * Lead and support business development activity (seminars, articles, networking) * Work to clear progression criteria aligned to delivery, leadership and practice growth About you * 5+ years' PQE as a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive (Wills & Probate focus) * Confident running files end-to-end with experience supervising others * Strong client care, commercial awareness and desire for progression * STEP qualification (or working towards) welcomed What's on offer * £55,000 - £85,000 base salary (DOE) * 20% annual bonus above target * Private health insurance * City-centre car parking * 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays * Modern systems, supportive leadership and genuine autonomy How to apply Click "Apply Now" with your CV.
