Whether you have classroom experience or transferable skills from youth work, care, tutoring, or similar, we’d love to hear from you.✨ About the Role:As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers and pupils to support learning, maintain a positive classroom atmosphere, and help every child reach their potential.This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to gain valuable classroom experience, develop professionally, and make a real difference, with the flexibility to work full-time or part-time around your schedule.‍ Key Responsibilities: Support teachers with lesson preparation and classroom tasks Help pupils stay focused, engaged, and motivated during lessons Deliver one-to-one or small group support as needed Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment Monitor student progress and wellbeing Maintain strong safeguarding practices and ensure pupil safetyRequirements✅ What You’ll Need: Experience working with children or young people (in a classroom, care, youth work, tutoring, sports coaching, etc.) A positive, patient, and proactive approach Excellent communication and teamwork skills Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness for us to process one) Legal right to work in the UK and currently living in the UK Benefits Why Work With Equal?
