Key Responsibilities for an Accounts Assistant:Supporting on a portfolio of clients throughout the yearPreparation of year end for sole traders, partnerships and limited companiesManagement accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companiesPreparation of VAT ReturnsGeneral Bookkeeping dutiesAssisting in the preparation of tax computationsRequirements needed for an Accounts Assistant:1+ year practice experience (Essential)AAT part-qualifiedSoftware Knowledge Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, IRIS.
