Your day will be spent providing tailored 1:1 support, using visual aids and communication strategies to help your pupil navigate the school day and achieve their learning goals.We are looking for: Practical experience with Autism (ASD) and knowledge of support strategies like PECS or TEACCH. Incredible patience and the ability to create a structured, predictable environment. A proactive and empathetic approach to building relationships. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
