Worth Recruiting – Property Industry RecruitmentJob Title: RICS SENIOR VALUATION SURVEYORLocation: Paddock Wood, TN12Salary: £80,000 per annum Position: Permanent, Full-Time Reference: WR69586We are recruiting a highly skilled RICS Senior Valuation Surveyor to join an expanding property services company in the Paddock Wood / Tunbridge Wells area.This role requires a confident, professional individual with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, delivering accurate and timely valuations across the residential sector.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Undertaking residential property valuations for private clients and lendersCarrying out Landlord & Tenant Act proceduresManaging and delivering professional valuation reports to a high standardLiaising with clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong working relationshipsEnsuring compliance with RICS standards and valuation best practicesWorking autonomously while also contributing effectively to the wider team What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): RICS qualified and Registered Valuer (essential)Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experienceProven residential valuation expertiseStrong knowledge of valuation practices and compliance requirementsExcellent organisational and multi-tasking abilitiesAttention to detail with strong analytical skillsMotivated, disciplined, and able to manage workloads independentlyEffective communicator and collaborative team player What's In It For You?
