Role Summary We are looking to speak to experienced L/S Equity Portfolio Managers with a strong equity research background to lead investment strategies within a defined sector (e.g., Technology, Healthcare, Industrials, Consumer). This is a high-impact role for a candidate with a proven ability to generate investment ideas and manage capital with discipline and conviction. Key Responsibilities Lead sector coverage and develop high-conviction investment theses across public equities Build and manage a concentrated L/S portfolio within your sector, aligned with the fund's risk parameters Conduct deep fundamental analysis, including financial modeling, valuation, and competitive landscape assessment Monitor macro and micro trends affecting your sector and adjust positioning accordingly Collaborate with analysts and other PMs to share insights and refine strategies Present ideas and performance updates to the investment committee Requirements 9+ years of experience in equity research or portfolio management, with sector specialization Strong track record of alpha generation and risk-adjusted returns Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills CFA, MBA, or equivalent qualification preferred Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results If you're currently running a market neutral book and open to exploring new opportunities please apply directly or reach out for a confidential conversation.
