Right Now Group are looking for a Planning Coordinator to join our clients busy Planning Team in Sunbury. Job Title: PPM Planning Coordinator Location: Sunbury Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 Hours: 8:30 - 17:30 Monday - Friday Planning Coordinator Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule Planned Preventative Maintenance activities to guarantee timely delivery. Assign PPM tasks to Service Engineers while supporting Regional Planning Teams with scheduling for Reactive Engineers. Partner with field managers to drive efficiency and improve engineering team performance. Build strong relationships with Key and Non-Key Account customers, ensuring contractual PPM SLA targets are achieved. Coordinate with internal departments to maintain compliance and service standards. Keep customers updated with clear communication on ETAs, changes, or rescheduled visits. Maintain and update the internal planning platform. Engage with engineers daily to oversee workloads, resolve issues, and ensure smooth scheduling Desirable skills for Planning Coordinator Proven background in planning or scheduling within a service or engineering environment. Strong IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). Skilled at managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence in dealing with both colleagues and customers. Proactive problem-solver, able to use initiative and think ahead to overcome challenges. Customer-oriented, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service and results.
