Vice President - Technology Investment Banking Location: London, UK Client: Mid-Market Investment Bank Type: Full-Time | Permanent I'm currently partnering with a leading mid-market investment bank in London to hire a Vice President for their Technology Investment Banking team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced banker to join a high-performing platform focused on advising innovative tech businesses across software, fintech, digital infrastructure, and emerging technologies. Role Overview As Vice President, you'll play a key role in leading transaction execution, managing client relationships, and supporting origination efforts. You'll work closely with senior leadership and have the opportunity to mentor junior team members while contributing to the strategic growth of the tech franchise. Key Responsibilities Lead execution of M&A and capital raising transactions in the technology sector Manage client relationships with founders, C-suite executives, and investors Oversee financial modelling, valuation, and presentation materials Support origination and pitch development for new mandates Mentor and develop junior bankers (Analysts and Associates) Collaborate with internal teams to drive strategic initiatives Candidate Profile 6-10 years of investment banking experience, ideally with a focus on technology Strong execution track record across M&A and/or capital markets Deep sector knowledge and commercial awareness of tech trends Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Degree-qualified; MBA or equivalent is a plus What's on Offer Competitive compensation and bonus structure Exposure to high-growth tech clients and complex transactions Collaborative and entrepreneurial team culture Clear path for career progression Interested?
