Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Middle CRM Manager to join our team. Your main responsibilities will be:Setting up promotions in the CRM system;Collecting data on the results of completed promotions;Evaluating the effectiveness of promotions and suggesting improvements;Creating layouts for promotional emails, SMS, and messages;Communicating with clients through various channels to inform them about new promotions and bonuses;Developing new promotions and bonus programs to attract and retain clients;Collaborating with the team to analyze customer needs and market trends;Participating in the implementation of changes to improve customer satisfaction;Assigning tasks to the copywriting team;Supporting the technical team in resolving promotion-related issues.
Nice to have skills:Experience in the gambling industry.
