Domus have an exciting opportunity for Supported Living Manager to lead a brand-new development of services in East Sussex, for adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism!! We are ideally looking for an experienced Home/Service/Registered Manager with up-to-date knowledge of CQC. Key Responsibilities of a Supported Living Manager:Responsible for the management and supervision of staff to enable them to maximise their potential, through leadership, coaching, example, support and guidance.Responsible for budget management.Adhering to all CQC regulations and raising standards of care where necessary.You will be required to maintain the high care standards that have been set in the home, and be an excellent manager of staff.Supported Living Manager Requirements:Experience of managing services for adults with Learning DisabilitiesNVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or working towardsKnowledge of the needs and rights of adults with Learning DisabilitiesGood knowledge and understanding of CQC, Health and Safety and Local Authority requirements.Communicate effectively to a range of audiences, both verbally and in writing including staff development.Benefits:Flexible Shift PatternsDouble Pay on some bank holidaysAccess to a Blue Light Discount Card (for retail, holidays, gym memberships etc)Opportunity to progress your careerEye Care Voucher Scheme If you are interested in the above Supported Living Manager vacancy, please call Michael White at Domus Recruitment.
