Role Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum for Year 3 pupils. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners. Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support pupil development. Contribute to the wider school community and uphold school values. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3. Strong classroom management and communication skills. A creative and reflective approach to teaching. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
