Job Advert: Science Teacher – Northampton (Agency Role) Location: Northampton Start Date: ASAP Salary: Competitive (depending on experience) Contract Type: Full-time, Agency-based About the Role: Teaching Personnel is working closely with a secondary school in Northampton to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Science Teacher. This is a full-time agency role, perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering engaging lessons in Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics at Key Stages 3 and 4. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality Science lessons across KS3 and KS4 Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners Promote curiosity, scientific thinking, and problem-solving skills Prepare students for assessments and examinations Contribute to extracurricular STEM activities and enrichment opportunities Candidate Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Specialism in one or more Science disciplines (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills A passion for Science and inspiring young minds Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
