Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a maintenance assistant to join our Estates Team to help uphold the high standards of our property.As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of repair tasks to ensure our hotel remains safe, functional, and visually appealing. Your work will directly support our guest experience and contribute to the long-term upkeep of the property.Assist in the inspection, repair, and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.Support daily maintenance operations, including general building repairs, painting, carpentry, and minor installations.Conduct routine checks on equipment and report any faults or safety hazards to the Maintenance Supervisor.Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules.Help maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition.Assist with groundskeeping duties as needed, including minor landscaping and outdoor upkeep.Respond promptly to maintenance requests from other departments or guests (where applicable).Follow all company safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
