We value a wide range of ideas and foster a workplace that encourages growth, creativity, and teamwork.We understand the significance of occasionally meeting your colleagues in person; therefore, this position is available to individuals in and around Edinburgh to facilitate hybrid working.RequirementsWe are looking for an excellent collaborator and good team player who possess:Leading a team of engineers by providing support to ensure impactful delivery while meeting customer requirementsEngaging with customers to address design issues, prepare proposals, and facilitate discussions on technical challengesStrong expertise in one or more programming languages, such as Java, JavaScript, Python, React, Angular, etc.Professional experience with cloud platforms: AWS especially, but experience in Azure or Google Cloud are an assetStrong Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code, such as Terraform or CloudFormationFamiliarity with cloud-native solutions, including serverless architectures and KubernetesUnderstanding of CI/CD principles and practices for testing and deploymentExperience with open-source technologies and version control (e.g. Git)Familiarity with observability and monitoring or security tools like Dynatrace, New Relic, Wiz, etc.Candidates must be located in the UK and have the legal right to work.BenefitsCloudsoft are a cloud and software services company based in city-centre Edinburgh.
