Year 5 Primary School Teacher - Newham Location: Newham Pay: £180-£230 per day (dependent on experience) Contract: Full-time, long-term role We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 5 Primary School Teacher to join a welcoming and high-achieving primary school in Newham. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire and support pupils at a key stage in their learning journey. The Role: Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons in line with the Year 5 curriculum. Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. Support pupils' academic and personal development through creative teaching strategies. Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for every child. Communicate effectively with parents and carers to promote pupil progress. What We're Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential. Proven experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 5. Strong classroom management and organisational skills. A proactive and flexible approach to teaching and learning.
