Your responsibilities will include overseeing a broad spectrum of medical and surgical cases, leading a clinical team with the support of a Head Nurse, Client Services Manager, and Veterinary Team Leader, and ensuring the effective utilisation of charitable resources.Working in collaboration with a friendly and supportive team of 6 experienced Vets, 7 Nurses, and Veterinary Care Assistants and Receptionists, you will contribute to maintaining a 24-hour centre across three hospitals. The facility is well-equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasound, orthopaedic surgical equipment, on-site blood analysis, piped gases, and endoscopy.While previous practice and people management experience is advantageous, it is not essential as full training will be provided, accompanied by mentoring from an Area Veterinary Manager.
