Teaching Assistant in East Devon Teaching Personnel has been approached on behalf of a Head Teacher for a part time Teaching Assistant to support a local village Primary School in the East Devon area. We are looking for an individual with a passion for working in education for Primary aged pupils. The proposed hours are 13 hours a week within school term time, but for the right person, more hours can be made available to best suit you.The successful candidate will be an individual with: A DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)Experience within a Teaching Assistant role is not essential, but desiredExcellent classroom engagement and motivation to better the schooling environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills Responsibilities of this role would consist of: Support the teacher in delivering lessonsAssisting students on a one-to-one basisProvide support to students with additional needs Why Choose Teaching Personnel?
