Job Title: Dental Receptionist - Private Specialist Practice Location: West Ealing, London Salary: £30,160 per annum + Bonus + Commission Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Working Hours: Monday-Friday (some Saturdays) Overview: We are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our friendly private specialist dental practice in West Ealing, London. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a private dental environment, excellent communication skills, and solid knowledge of specialist treatments. Key Responsibilities: * Manage reception duties, patient bookings, and correspondence * Provide an exceptional first impression to patients * Handle calls and enquiries professionally * Use SOE Exact (Software of Excellence) for scheduling and records * Liaise with clinicians and the Treatment Coordinator to ensure a smooth patient journey * Discuss treatments confidently, including Implants, Orthodontics, Endodontics, Periodontics, Restorative and Cosmetic Dentistry Requirements: * Previous experience in a private dental reception role (essential) * Knowledge of SOE Exact software (essential) * Excellent communication and telephone manner * Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel * Understanding of specialist dental treatments * Must have the legal right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship) * Able to commute reliably to West Ealing Benefits: * £30,160 per year plus attractive bonus and commission schemes * Overtime opportunities * Excellent training and career development * Generous staff and family dental discounts * Company uniform provided * Supportive specialist team environment How to Apply: If you're a dedicated and professional Dental Receptionist looking for a long-term role in a supportive private practice, we'd love to hear from you.
