General Maintenance Operative (Luxury Residential / Commercial)£30,000-£35,000 + Progression + Overtime + Call outs + Progression + Company BenefitsCovering a patch around LondonAre you a Maintenance Operative or similar looking for a varied and exciting role within a tight-knit yet well-established business working at a range of high-end properties for a range of household names across London within a well-established company who offer specialist training and opportunities for ongoing progression?This company are a well-established provider or property maintenance services who work with a range of high end clients ranging from private individuals to commercial clients such as theatres and dockyards. They are known for their long term staff retention and are now looking to grow their friendly team of 20.In this varied role you will work across London as you travel on public transport (or bike if preferred) to primarily high-end residential, and some commercial properties.
