About the RoleYou'll be responsible for the planning, setup, and execution of executive briefings, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for visiting customers and internal stakeholders. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, vendor coordination, and concierge-level service delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate all logistical aspects of executive briefings, including catering, room setup, and marketing materialsAct as the main point of contact for briefing requestors and internal teamsProvide on-site support during briefings, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality customer experienceMaintain relationships with vendors and facilities teams to ensure operational excellenceAssist with special projects and maintain a library of local recommendations for visiting guestsCapture and report briefing data to support team KPIs Skills & ExperienceProven experience in event coordination, hospitality, or facilities managementStrong customer service orientation and executive presenceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environmentExperience in a corporate, multinational setting preferredInterest in customer engagement, marketing, or sales strategyDegree in business administration, hospitality, or related field is a plusFluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
