SEN Teaching Assistant – Wandsworth Location: Wandsworth Contract Type: Full-time / Long-term Pay: £85 – £96 per day (depending on experience) ️ Start Date: ASAP / OngoingAbout the Role: Protocol Education is looking for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with special educational needs in schools across Wandsworth. You will play a vital role in helping students with additional learning needs reach their full potential in a positive, inclusive environment.Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and MLD). Assist teachers in delivering personalised learning plans (IEPs). Support pupils’ emotional, social, and academic development. Help maintain an engaging and safe classroom environment. Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students. Requirements: Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN (school or care setting). A caring, patient, and proactive approach. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
