An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Executive Chef to join our culinary team at one of South West London’s most iconic stadiums — now entering a dynamic new era under fresh leadership.As Executive Chef, you will lead all culinary operations across this landmark venue, setting and maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service. You’ll be at the forefront of innovation, crafting creative, seasonal menus that reflect the venue’s brand identity and elevate the guest experience across all events — from world-class sports fixtures to private functions and VIP hospitality.This is a pivotal, strategic role requiring hands-on leadership, financial acumen, and a passion for excellence. You will be responsible for menu development, cost control, food safety compliance, and the ongoing training and development of a talented kitchen brigade. Your culinary vision and leadership will play a key role in shaping the venue’s reputation for outstanding dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Menu Innovation: Design and implement creative, seasonal, and cost-effective menus that reflect the venue’s brand and diverse event calendar.
Operational Leadership: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, hygiene, consistency, and timely service across all outlets and events.
Team Development: Lead, train, and mentor the culinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and professional growth.
Financial Management: Control food and labour costs through effective stock management, waste reduction, and supplier negotiation.
Collaboration: Work closely with front-of-house and events teams to ensure seamless coordination and flawless event delivery.
About You
We’re looking for an inspiring and commercially minded culinary leader who thrives in high-energy, large-scale environments. You will bring a blend of creativity, discipline, and leadership to every service.You will have:
Proven experience in a senior culinary leadership role within a high-volume venue, luxury hotel, resort, or major event operation.
A strong track record in developing innovative menus and delivering excellence at scale.
Exceptional culinary flair and a passion for creativity and innovation.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.
