Robert Half are pleased to be recruiting a Financial Controller role with an SME based on the Wiltshire/Gloucestershire boarder on a permanent basis. This is a traditional SME role with a broad set of responsibilities that span outside of finance (to include HR, health and safety, supporting with purchasing). The role The Financial Controller will be a pivotal member of the leadership team, and this role will encompass a broad range of responsibilities to include but not be limited to: Preparing management accounts. Budgeting and forecasting. Financial Analysis. Partnering with non-finance stakeholders. Overseeing HR responsibilities (with the support of an external HR consultant where required). Payroll. Liaising with auditors. Profile 10+ years manufacturing experience. SME experience. Qualified or qualified by experience considered. Steady CV i.e. 3-5 years within each role. Package £70-80k base salary (bonus scheme to be determined). Hybrid working: 2 days minimum onsite. On site parking. 25 days leave + bank holidays.
