International Tax Manager Do you have around 7 years plus of International Tax experience?Have you gained your Global Tax experience having worked ideally within a Big 4/Top 10 firm, with additional solid experience within an Asset/Investment Management firm or Private Equity Investment Management firm or Hedge Fund or related? International Tax Manager Global award-winning Hedge Fund is going through a period of expansion due to an increase in trading activity. Our client, based in London, is after an additional International Tax person to join the Finance. International Tax Manager Review various tax workpapers and tax returns, with a primary focus on management company tax compliance for offices in APAC and EMEA.Carry out income tax provisions and deferred tax calculations for all management companies in these jurisdictions.Manage transfer pricing, country-by-country, and Pillar II filings, including information gathering and reviewing annual transfer pricing documentation.Develop automation and process improvement initiatives tax provisions and returns.Assist with audits conducted by tax authorities in the above jurisdictions.
