One of Cardiff's most profitable and innovative firms seeks to hire an experienced lawyer to join their busy and successful corporate team. Our client has a leading reputation for prolific and high quality corporate dealmaking and is home to a successful team which handles corporate transactional work of the highest order. Focusing on corporate M&A and private equity deals of high value and complexity, the team acts for PLCs, large scale owner managed businesses, partnerships and start-ups in a range of sectors including retail, technology, energy and financial services. The firm is keen to appoint an experienced senior or principal associate with experience of handling M&A and or private equity transactions. This role would suit a lawyer already practicing in Cardiff and/or an individual with plans to relocate to South Wales or the West Country. With proven experience as a corporate lawyer gained in another recognised corporate firm, you will have strong technical skills in corporate transactional work - this could be M&A, private equity, capital markets or a mix. You'll enjoy building strong relationships with clients and in this role you will be encouraged to do so.
