You'll oversee all aspects of patent and design renewals, act as the firm's key contact for CPA and play a pivotal role in developing team processes and mentoring junior staff. The role offers real scope to shape the department's future as it continues to grow.Key Responsibilities: Oversee all UK, EU and international patent and design renewalsAct as the primary point of contact for CPA, clients and internal stakeholdersManage renewal reminders, payments, reports and related documentationInvestigate and resolve renewal queries, liaising with agents and clientsMaintain and manage C&R accounts at CPAProvide renewal reports and updates to clients and colleaguesLead process improvement initiatives and contribute to departmental strategySupervise and mentor junior team members What We're Looking For: Extensive experience in IP renewals or formalitiesStrong understanding of UK, EU and international renewal proceduresExcellent communication and organisational skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlinesConfident liaising with clients and external agentsPrevious supervisory or leadership experienceStrong IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel) #INDCATS
