Dispute Resolution Paralegal – Coventry Our Client is seeking a proactive and professional Paralegal to join its busy Dispute Resolution Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with at least 1 years' experience in litigation to develop their career within a supportive and dynamic legal team.Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support to the Senior Solicitor in Dispute Resolution mattersLiaise professionally with clients, experts, third-party Solicitors and CounselAttend client meetings and court proceedings under supervisionConduct compliance checks and complete all necessary documentationMaintain and manage legal files and case progress efficientlyDraft legal documents, correspondence, statements, court applications and attendance notesUndertake legal research to support case developmentAccurately record Key Dates and ensure all deadlines are metPrepare court bundles in line with CPR guidelinesRecord time in accordance with firm policy and assist in preparing billsArrange appointments and maintain diariesAttend departmental and firm-wide meetingsEnsure strict client confidentiality at all timesProvide general administrative support as requiredCarry out other reasonable duties as instructed by management Key Requirements: Minimum of 1 years' experience in a Dispute Resolution/Litigation roleStrong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook and WordExperience using a case management system (eg, P4W)Confident, dynamic and professional communication styleHigh level of initiative and a proactive approach to client careFlexible and adaptable with working hours when necessaryStrong team player with a positive and solution-focused mindsetAbility to manage difficult or sensitive situations professionallyAlways maintains strict confidentiality regarding client and employee matters How to apply:This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and driven Paralegal looking to build their career in Dispute Resolution with Our Client.
