SEN Tutor Salary: £25 - £35 Per hourJob Duties: Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)Create individualised learning plans based on students' needsAdapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning stylesAssess students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordinglyCollaborate with parents, teachers, and other support staff to ensure student success Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Experience working with students with SENExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Bachelor's Degree in Education or related fieldExperience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in SEN educationKnowledge and Skills: Understanding of SEN regulations and best practisesAbility to differentiate instruction to meet individual student needsStrong organisational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Special Education or relevant fieldAdditional training in SEN support Working Conditions: Part-Time hours, flexible scheduleWork closely with students, parents, and school staffOpportunity for professional development and training All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
